RK Climate Control was proud to deliver the complete HVAC scope for this modern pediatric dental clinic located within the Brickwater Village development in Maple Ridge. Working alongside Atlas Construction, our team installed a new HVAC distribution system designed to provide reliable comfort, ventilation, and individual zone control throughout the clinic. The project included extensive ductwork, exhaust systems, controls, grilles, diffusers, and specialty HVAC equipment to support the unique requirements of a healthcare environment.
The clinic utilized existing fan coil units while incorporating a new bypass box and electric duct heater system to provide responsive temperature control in the reception area. Thermostats, exhaust fans, air distribution systems, and controls were installed throughout the facility to maintain occupant comfort and support daily operations. The HVAC system was carefully coordinated with the dental equipment layout and building services to ensure efficient performance and a clean finished appearance.
The completed system provides balanced airflow, dependable temperature control, and reliable operation for patients, staff, and visitors while supporting the demands of a modern dental practice.
