RK Climate Control was proud to deliver the HVAC scope for Brickwater Pediatrics, a modern pediatric medical clinic located in Brickwater Village, Maple Ridge. Working alongside Atlas Construction, our team installed a complete new HVAC distribution system designed to provide consistent comfort, quiet operation, and individual zone control throughout the clinic.
The project utilized existing fan coil units while incorporating new ductwork, ventilation systems, controls, and specialty air distribution equipment. A Price Prodigy VAV diffuser system was installed and integrated with an electric wall heater to provide responsive temperature control in lobby and reception areas. Thermostats, exhaust systems, grilles, diffusers, and controls were installed throughout the space to support a comfortable environment for patients, families, and staff.
The completed system delivers efficient airflow, improved occupant comfort, and reliable operation while meeting the demands of a busy healthcare facility.
