Dream Orthodontics is a modern orthodontic clinic completed by RK Climate Control in partnership with Medcorp Construction. The project involved significant modifications to the existing HVAC system, along with the installation of new heating, cooling, ventilation, and air distribution equipment to support the clinic’s operational and comfort requirements.
RK Climate Control relocated two existing fan coil units to accommodate the new tenant layout and supplied and installed a new split-system heat pump to provide reliable year-round heating and cooling. Our team also installed a new heat recovery ventilator (HRV), exhaust fans, and a complete ductwork distribution system serving treatment areas, offices, reception spaces, and staff areas.
Working closely with the general contractor and project team, we coordinated the mechanical systems to ensure proper airflow, occupant comfort, and ventilation throughout the clinic. The completed system provides an efficient and comfortable environment for both patients and staff while supporting the long-term operation of the practice.
